Kitri McGuire is a native Oregonian from Salem. She graduated from Linfield College in McMinnville (Go ‘Cats!) and, after living and working in Portland for 12 years, has made McMinnville her home. She enjoys telling the McMinnville story through creative marketing campaigns in her role as Marketing Manager for Visit McMinnville. McGuire enjoys running, tabletop gaming, geocaching, and reading.

Jeff Knapp, originally hailing from Wichita, Kansas, has lived in McMinnville for over 10 years. “Living in McMinnville, I see every day the amazing community we have and the abundance of unique businesses, people, and experiences that make McMinnville so compelling,” said Knapp.
Lacey Dykgraaf enjoys listening to, creating, and being a catalyst for good stories. Whether it’s through a digital medium or a face to face conversation, she believes creating meaningful dialogues and learning from others’ experiences is one of the most important things we can do to become a better. Working as the Communications Manager for the McMinnville Economic Development Partnership, Lacey enjoys experiencing all the great opportunities the local community has to offer. She enjoys drinking artisan coffee while reading a book in a local cafés, hiking a nearby trails with her Goldendoodle, and playing complicated board games with good people.
Anna is a veteran Oregon winemaker in pursuit of crafting vibrant and authentic wines with intention. She has a small family brand called Matzinger Davies and also works as a winemaking consultant. Anna also serves as Board Chair for McMinnville Montessori School and has deep respect for the power of education (and winemaking) to stimulate creativity, big thinking and collaboration, and believes these are fundamental for the success of our future global citizens, of which, she is proudly raising two.
With a background of non-profit, corporate and special events Beth Garcia is a Certified Meeting Planner and resident event logistics nerd. She loves making sure all of the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed in order to make the guest experience perfect.
Originally from San Diego, Beth happily moved to Oregon to become Linfield College’s Director of Conference & Event Planning.
Beth is thrilled to be on the TEDxMcMinnville team and is enthusiastic about working with the many volunteers that will help bring this event to life. It is the contribution and leadership of many that will make TEDxMcMinnville a success. After all, big ideas and collaboration is what brings communities together.

Prior to 2015, Amy Fleckenstein had a 17 year career in healthcare organizations. She loved exploring the outdoors with her husband and two young children. In 2015, Amy was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia, a rare nerve disease causing debilitating facial pain. She was forced to give up her career and other passions. Instead of letting her disease define her, Amy has found a way to live with purpose and meaning.
Amy was a speaker at TEDxMcMinnville 2019, and is delighted to be now helping with speaker relations on the executive committee.
